TAG CENTER CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP FEES
- The Corporate Rate shall be in effect if the Corporation agrees to enroll for $180 and maintain an annual enrollment of a group not less than: 6 Adult Single Memberships.
- Companies and Businesses with fewer than 12 employees must register 50% of their work force (12 employees requires the purchase of 6 memberships at Regular Rate).
- The Company and or Business must have a minimum of 6 employees to qualify for a corporate rate.
- Corporate Memberships also qualify Companies for a discount on Facility Rentals.
- All bank drafts have an additional $10 annual service fee figured into the monthly withdrawal.

Membership Payment
All membership fees can be paid in full on the day you sign up. We also give you the option to pay through monthly bank draft at your bank.
Refund/Credit Policy
Refunds are given when classes are cancelled by the TAG Center. Memberships are non-refundable. Credits-Absence from a class does not reduce the cost of operating programs. For this reason, any unavoidable absence does not result in a credit, or a make-up class. Credits are for unused portion of the class fee and will be issued when there is a medical release. Credit is good for 6-months.
Returned Check/Bank Draft
Returned checks and bank drafts will assessed $20 processing fee for any insufficient funds.
Resident/Non-Resident Policy
All individuals who sign up for membership must have proof of address. The TAG Center is a city facility of Mayville, WI, and citizens of Mayville do receive a discount on their memberhip
Visitation Policies
All Adult, Senior, Teen and College Student Membership Holders, Daily Fees and Punch Cards have Access to Aquatic Center, Gymnasium, Fitness Center and Walking Track.
Youth Passes, Daily Fees and Punch Cards have Access to all Parts of the TAG Center with the Exception of the Fitness Center but may use the Walking Track if accompanied by an Adult.
Aquatic Center Daily Passes and Punch Card Holders have Access to Only the Aquatic Center.
Fitness Center Daily Passes and Punch Card Holders have Access to Only the Gym, Walking Track and Fitness Center.
